Patrick Garlitz

Potentially this Patrick is the son of Samuel. The line of his son William seems certain, but at this time we have no record on Patrick's parents.

Patrick was born 1856, and died 1916. He married Mary Hitchens. She was born 1860, and died 1944.

Children:

William B. born November 21, 1889; died 1950. Married Mary A. McKenzie

One day I decided to visit St. Ann's Cemetery and I met Roy Thomas Garlitz, Jr. digging the grave for Randall J. Hollada who had married Pearl Saville Wilt who also had been married to Julius H. Garlitz.  He told me to talk to his mother Teresa for she could tell me more about the family line.  So I called her and talked to her personally a year before she died.  Teresa claimed that William B. Garlitz and Mary A. McKenzie was Roy Thomas Garlitz, Sr's parents and that Patrick and Mary Garlitz buried at St. Ann's Cemetery was William B. Garlitz's parents.  That is what I have in my notes.
